  • I've tried a few different products from this brand, and I can say that I like their protein drinks and their matcha one. I don't like their smoothie starters though. The smoothie starters are way too overly thick and off-putting. My partner said he really liked drinking the coconut milk one straight from the bottle though, so I guess tastes vary.

  • Flavor is not bad, but it makes you feel kinda heavy after drinking it, I'm thinking it's because it has a thick consistency. Macros wise, they're really good, it's only 6 net carbs for 26 grams of protein. It's a good option if you're looking for a plant-based protein shake option.

  • I was able to try the smoothie starter for free through a rebate program. I really enjoyed the different flavors and taste. It also had a good consistency. I also love their protein shakes which I have purchased on my own.

  • I had high hopes for this smoothie starter, but the only thing positive I can say is that it promotes good gut health. The directions say to use 8oz of the mix and fruit of your choice, but it comes out so thick that it must be eaten with a spoon. It definitely needs more liquid. The taste was so bad that I checked to make sure the product hadn’t expired. It has a very strong, unpleasant flavor and it was quite chalky. It’s not worth the price ($9.99) when I can make a smoothie myself without the weird taste.

  • I used the coconut starter as a base in my overnight oats. It is very mild in flavor, so I added cinnamon and banana. I love how much protein is in each serving. The healthy fats in the coconut milk make it creamy and incredibly satisfying. It's a bit pricey, but the concept is really cool.
