I wear my hair in a shaggy bob and I have to style it. My stylist recommended this and I have repurchased 3 times. You really dont need much, it smells so so so good and it is so easy to use. I feel like it helps keep my hair healtyh as well. I liket to use this whenever I really dont want to use heat on my hair. Sometimes I evern put it in before sleeping and it helps with the cool just rolled out of bed hair not the scary hair.
