Raw generation offers a number of juice cleanse options. I opted to try the 3-day low sugar detox cleanse. While the site claims 5 lb weight loss in 3 days I did not loose any weight. The juices are flavorful. It's hard to time unfreezing them because they are frozen solid! I found the protein drinks filling and was not hungry while cleansing.
