Quiet Town earns polarized reviews: the brand delivers striking, design-forward shower curtains, liners, towels, hooks, and rugs that feel thick, durable, and elevate bathrooms, yet repeated complaints signal poor delivery timeliness, unresponsive customer service, and restrictive returns. Reviews of Quiet Town highlight sturdy EVA liners, plush quick-dry towels, and real stainless-steel hooks, but also report color inaccuracies, creasing in vinyl, premature towel wear, and bath mats that hold water or feel uncomfortable.

  • I placed a large order for over $500, it's been weeks and still hasn't shipped and Quiet Town customer service has not responded to my inquiries. Buyer beware! They are shady. I hope I can get my money back.

  • I am obsessed with this bath mat. I spent months looking for a bath mat that would match my extremely chaotic-looking tiled bathroom, and as you can see based on the images, this was my only option. I do think it's a wild price to pay for a bath mat, but it's heavy and nice quality, and I'm hoping it will last a while. The reasons I knocked off a star is partially because of the price, but mostly because this bath mat took about 5 months to receive. It didn't say it was backordered when I ordered it (I believe from West Elm, not Quiet Town direct), and the backorder date eventually showed up afterwards, and then kept changing to later dates. Like I ordered it in December and didn't receive it until late April. I understand there may be manufacturing issues but I didn't receive any updates from Quiet Town or West Elm regarding the backorder, so I had to get another bath mat in the meantime while I waited for this one.

  • Never received. Seems others have had the same experience, I ordered a shower curtain, the site says it will ship within 4-6 days, 2 weeks go by without a word so I email them. Apparently it's been "backordered" and will ship in a month. They were not going to bother to tell me this of course, I had to reach out to them first. I decided to wait, the timeframe they give me comes and goes, I then get a mass marketing email that their sun shower curtains are back in stock and everyone should order them. I emailed them again asking when to expect my shower curtain and they say that it is still backordered and I can expect it in a month. Exactly the same canned answer as the first email. No apologies or explanations, no assurances that I would actually receive it this time. This place is a joke, they have 1 star reviews everywhere for a reason. Don't bother with them, you will never receive what you order.

  • I’ve only purchased one item so far from this brand. I was looking for an oversized, stylish high quality bathroom rug. I bought the 56x22 Ojai Night Ride rug. Looks fantastic, glad I splurged - just need to make sure it holds up over time.

  • If you're looking to add some life to your otherwise boring bathroom, check out Quiet Town. It's really well constructed (EVA is Chlorine, PVC and BPA-free) and I can see it lasting for many years! I hate most shower curtain designs you can buy at big box stores so I welcomed the aesthetic options that they offered online.

If you get the see-through shower curtains, just double-check you've locked your door (if you have to share bathrooms). Otherwise that, I love how open it makes my space feel and you don't have to be paranoid that someone/something is hiding behind it.

  • I've purchased both the shower liner and the curtain from Quiet Town and own their towels as well. I love the design and quality of all their product! The shower liner is thick and durable - it's also easy to clean. The curtain designs are top notch. It oozes quality! I know it's crazy to justify $200 for shower curtain but I think they're worth every penny. I also love their towels, they're plush and also fast to dry. I especially love the hook to hang them from your shower curtain hooks.

  • Ordered a beautiful shower curtain about 2 weeks ago that still hasn't shipped. No updated tracking or information is available. Their website and the email says it's only a few days for domestic shipping and handling. Their customer service is sadly very poor. You can only contact them on their website through an email form which I did almost a week ago— still no response. So, I started commenting on their Instagram posts (2 separate ones) and sent a DM earlier today. Still no response. These are the kinds of problems you expect from pottery barn not a new small business like Quiet Town. If this isn't resolved by the end of the week I'll have to submit a dispute with my credit card company with screenshots of all my attempts to reach them. I would avoid ordering them if I were reading these reviews. They may offer a nice product but it's impossible to get it even if you paid for it.

  • I ordered stainless steel S curved curtain rod hooks. They are absolutely gorgeous-sturdy, well-made without having to bend them. I was able to slip them right onto my rod and securely placed the curtain on the longer end so it can never slip off. It is phenomenal. I used the photos on the quiet town website to see exactly how to place the curtain on the new hooks. Other companies claim to make theirs out of stainless steel, but then customers complain that they rust. This company uses real stainless steel! That’s the reason I was willing to pay the high price point. I don’t want rust on my newly renovated bathroom and shower curtain rod.

  • Returned the canvas curtain because it was too dark and thick. Stitching was also not great for the high price. I had to pay for shipping there and back! Lost money on that. Then, like an idiot, I went back to get the Sun Curtain thinking it would be brighter. I got the dark green and it's also pretty dark. They also DO NOT accept returns for the vinyl curtains because: "Refolding and shipping these curtains again causes damage to the E.V.A. material. When these curtains are shipped, they may also be placed under heavier objects which can cause deep creasing that is hard to undo or they may get banged in transit which can cause dents or holes in the material. Any of this damage renders the curtain unusable or to the point that it can no longer be considered a new/unused product. As a small business we need to have this policy in place to avoid losing our products to damage." So, in short, they arrive at your house ALREADY DAMAGED, so cannot be returned. Mine had creases from the circle hole cut outs, and deep lines from folding, which I could not get out. It made the curtain look cheap, and not as advertised. They claim you can order a swatch before you buy, but what's the point? A swatch will only show you a tiny material (unfolded) and not give you a real idea of what it actually looks like. This brand is a hipster-hype and nothing more. Save your money and time.

  • I bought a shower curtain and bathmat from this company about two years ago. The shower curtain has a cool design and it’s made out of a durable canvas. The bath rug is decent, but not very well constructed. Recently, I ordered another bath rug as the previous one didn’t age well. After waiting 10 days and still not receiving the rug (or anything beyond the initial order confirmation - if you could call it that) I attempted to check the status of the delivery. In order to this, you have to download an app from a third-party tracking source. This app is totally buggy and requires a ton of effort to get basic information - all while trying to get you to agree to let the app use your personal information. At one point it showed that the rug had been delivered and then later said that it was still in transit - 10 days later Not ideal given that you pay for shipping as well as insurance through the third-party tracking company. Quiet Town Home has no customer service telephone number to call to try and resolve problems. Digging through their website you’ll quickly see that the only way to contact them is by email. Clearly, this is not a customer-focused company – despite charging premium prices for its shower curtains, and rugs (socially responsible, blah, blah, blah). Not worth the money. I would avoid dealing with them.

  • Wow. Cannot NOT recommend this brand enough. Red flag: no where to leave a review. No reviews on their website. -towels- falling apart after less than 6 months. Feels like it’s not actually drying my body. It’s the worst towel I’ve ever used, and I lived in Florida with the cheapest beach towels imaginable… that says a lot. -bath mat- no real way to wash, not comfortable on the feet, holds water too long. -shower curtain- difficult to clean and gets dirty after one use. -gold curtain hooks- rusting and look terrible after a few months. I genuinely cannot understand how a company can survive with such terrible products. I’m so disappointed. I thought I was getting nice quality ethical products and these are trash. I am shocked to see them at West Elm. Clearly no one is testing these products. Complete scam.

  • Awful customer service! I placed an order and provided my correct shipping address. Through Shop I was able to track the package and it somehow ended up in North Carolina, rather than the address provided in New York. I was told that I could only rectify this on my end and would have to contact USPS, no support was offered through Quiet Town. For a $150 shower curtain I would expect more.

  • I bought a shower curtain and it turned out that it's darker that it was in the picture. When I tried to return, it turned out that they don't accept the curtains returns. I spent $60 on it (curtain, taxes, shipping). They won't tell you that it's a final sale until you decide to return it. Their prices for shower curtains are higher than the ones on Amazon, so I expected to get not only a good product but also a service which I didn't get.

  • so beautiful so clean, so aesthetic, honestly this really gives a new vibe to your bathroom! I love it so much

  • I ordered a sun shower cloud curtain and recieved the wrong color. I emailed the company and rather than send me a replacment they have spent the last few days trying to convince me that I recieved the right product and that I simply cannot tell colors apart. I wish I could recomend this company but they have done everything they can to make their mistake my problem. Avoid this company and product.
