Maybe I am missing something, but these sprouted cashews look and taste exactly like non-sprouted, run-of-the-mill cashews. While the chili lime and sea salt seasoning was fine, the package crows about soaking the nuts "in purified water to remove nutrient-blockers," then "awaken[ing] the bioavailable nutrients inside through sprouting," which, after eating a few handfuls, sounds like a lot of mumbo jumbo to me. They taste okay—nothing special—yet at $6.99 ($5.99 on sale) for a 4 oz. package I can't find a reason to ever buy them again, especially considering that I can find similarly flavored cashews at my local grocery store (Ralph's) for half the price.
