Pura delivers a smart, scent-filled home experience, according to reviews of its app-controlled diffusers and extensive fragrance lineup that often fill rooms effectively and look sleek. However, reviews also report drawbacks: short-lived or fast-draining pods, app lag/connectivity hiccups, car scents that smell harsh, and serious complaints about subscriptions and charges.

I love the device and the ability to control it via an app, but the car fragrances are almost all nasty. They all smell overbearing, tacky and unnatural. If you want your car smelling like Old Spice Deodorant, buy this, otherwise don't.
I was just gifted a Pura for Christmas and was SO stoked to use it. Turns out, it works just as well as it said it would AND is so cool, innovative & tech-savvy with its app. These product marketers really know what make consumers tick, and having the ability to add personalization to the scents in your home is huge. I'm floored by the simplicity and thoughtfulness to the idea. Only con: pricier than I hoped. I also wish there were more opportunities to sample - especially when ordering online. It's hard to envision and I wish that their team could come up with ways to incentivize their consumers to test new smells.

Really wish scents lasted longer but otherwise love this non-tox option for my home

I really wanted to love this brand! The selection is great, but the price point is so high for how short these last. I found myself having to buy cheaper plug-ins to hold me over in between months when I am shorter on money.
I received this as a gift with a few scents. For me it wasn’t scented enough and after it was done, I kind of moved on back to my incense and candles. If you don’t like the ritual of incense and candles and you want a modern Glade plug in, this is your gal.

I’ve been using the Pura 4 for about a year now. I like the scents but they don’t last as long as I thought so I have to adjust the settings in the app. I have a dog and a cat—this is a great alternative to other air fresheners or candles. The design is sleek and modern. I recommend it for anyone with pets but make sure to adjust your settings accordingly so you don’t drain the fragrance refills. Currently using Nest’s Amalfi Lemon & Mint fragrance

I held off purchasing these because of the price, but I have to say… they are well worth it! With two German shepherds, it takes a lot to keep the house smelling nice no matter how much you clean and pick up after them. I love the fact that you can schedule times to turn on. I ordered a couple of the sample scent books to get an idea of what to order, but so far everything that I’ve ordered for the two diffusers, I’ve loved. Now, if I could only keep my daughter from stealing them, I’d be good to go.🥰

I love that they have big brands and small boutique scents. My favorite scent, Moodcast, is on here. I love the ability to control all the scents via the app as well. Cons are sometimes my favorite scents are sold out. The pricing of the scents makes sense to me, because I end up paying more for candles and getting less with burn time.

I love having a Pura! As an avid candle user — this is a great cost effective swap for filling a room with a scent you love. Mindless and easy setup and turning on with an app adds a high tech feel lol.
