As someone who was told from a young age i have "genetically weak" teeth and saliva that is more prone to causing cavities, I am always looking for ways i can improve my oral health (& avoid fillings!!). I saw a few dentists on youtube that talked about the benefits of chewing gum with Xylitol after meals. Pur gum includes Xylitol as one of its main ingredients and so far its been great!
