My dog Arlo was part of Pupwell’s ambassador program, and we’ve had the pleasure of using their Ultimate Grooming Kit for almost a year now. His insta is @mydoodlearlo. I have to say, I am so impressed with the quality of their tools. The grooming scissors are seriously top-notch—they’ve stood the test of time and work perfectly for tidying up Arlo between professional grooming sessions. After using them, his coat looks like it just came from the groomer! One of my favorite items is their plucking tool, which is amazing for cleaning the hair inside Arlo’s ears. It’s easy to use and really effective. I also love that Pupwell provides lifetime access to their online platform with instructional videos that guide you on how to use their tools and groom your dog at home. It’s an invaluable resource! The packaging is also worth mentioning—everything arrives beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The minimalist aesthetic of the grooming tools makes them not only functional but stylish too. Plus, their carrying bag is perfect for keeping everything organized. The only con I’ve found after using their tools for nearly a year is that the bristles on their brush started to come loose, but that’s been the only issue so far. Everything else has held up really well and still looks great. Pupwell also excels in customer service. As part of the ambassador program, they sent Arlo some extra goodies like toys, personalized messages, and treat bags, which was such a nice touch. And I also got to try their Walking Dog Kit, which includes a leash, collar, and poop bag holder. The collar is amazing—I’ve never seen anything quite like it, and it’s made from vegan leather, which I love. The leash is a bit short for non-New York living, but I’m sure it’s perfect for city walkers. All in all, Pupwell is a fantastic brand. Their products are high-quality, their customer service is great, and I really appreciate the thoughtful touches they put into their ambassador program. I’m excited to keep using their products for Arlo!
