I am historically a terrible sleeper. Made worse by age. I have restless leg and occasionally full insomnia. I have tried every supplement and a few medical sleep aids. Nothing that works leaves me feeling like myself in the morning. Until now. This product has finally solved my sleep disfunction. I have used it nightly for two weeks. The first three nights a had a headache when I woke up (which is a known GABA side effect) but it was mild and went away pretty quickly. Now I wake up refreshed and no headache. I still sometimes wake up around two AM but if I feel like I need to I just take another packet. I am so thankful to have found this. I hope it helps someone else who sees this review. Taste was not important to me, but if it is to you I recommend the grape version of the REST formula. Bonus points because it is made in the USA and is Veteran owned.

I will never go back to a powder electrolyte supplement after trying Protekt! They have become a staple in my daily routine. Their flavors are unparalleled & have such great customer service! Would highly recommend this brand to other athletes or those who need help staying hydrated or getting optimal sleep. Their REST supplement is another product that I use frequently.
