    I think that Premier Protein shakes are pretty good. They are alright. The cookies and cream flavor is ok. It has a lot of protein at thirty grams per drink. It is also portable. It is just too expensive for every day use.

    I like this protein powder to use in recipes and other food items more than just a protein shake. I actually prefer to use it in other ways over a protein shake. I prefer this brand ready to go. We need shakes versus the powder. This is good for baking, adding to foods, healthy, desserts, etc..

    These shakes are delicious! Super convenient and easy to take on the go. Great macros and there’s even caffeine in the shake as well. This is a great product to get your daily protein in without having to eat a ton.

    I’ve started to consume more protein, which would include protein drinks. I like this friend because not only is it a little less calories than the other ones I’ve tried but the flavor that they have are enjoyable as well. I specifically like the banana and cream. And the one that I’ve tried for the first time was a chocolate non-dairy protein shake, which included almond milk. The almond milk didn’t have that much sugar which was expected but you can still taste the chocolate. And ask for the banana and cream. It just tastes good overall. I would definitely recommend this protein shake to anyone who wants to increase their protein. Especially in college.
