  • Love Love Love!! Absolutely love all the flavors. I am always looking for something healthy and fun to snack on and this is it. I’ve lost about 40 pounds and this has been a weight watchers friendly snack. I will put it on top of yogurt, mix it in with my blended cottage cheese dip, put on salads. You name it, I’ve done it! Definitely a staple in my snack bin now!

  • Pop oats are a great guilt-free snack. I like to eat them straight from the bag while I'm working as I don't have to use my hands. Simply salted is my favorite and I like that oats are naturally gluten free. If in the mood for something sweet I grab a salted carmel, but all the flavors taste very natural.

  • These are an easy, healthy, whole grain snack that actually tastes good. They are whole grain with fiber so reasonably filling, and don't cause post-sugar-hit bonking like a candy bar. The notion is a little weird at first, but it's basically the same idea as corn nuts (although the closest analog is probably fried, shelled sunflower seeds). The ingredients list is very clean, whole grain oats is the base, some oil & salt, and then flavoring that doesn't have any gums or emulsifiers (for those like who are concerned about UPF and gut health), and no sugar (excepting of course the swell salted caramel flavor). The packets are easy to open and about the right size for a nice snack on the go. I keep some in my car for when somebody bonks as an alternative to the siren-song of the gas station potato chips and candy bars. I really like the zesty ranch and chill-out chili lime. The flavors are good, but not overpowering. I hate cheese, but my adult daughter (who normally eats like crap) made a point of telling me she likes the wild white cheddar flavor and to please get more. The simply salted are fine and not as bland as you might think. I generally don't enjoy caramel, so I'm not a fan of the swell salted caramel. Well worth a try, especially if you are trying to improve quality of "oh heck I need to eat something right now" snacks. Disclaimer: I purchased these in the simply salted flavor when they first came out. The company gave me a variety box containing 10 packets (2 of each flavor) for the purposes of this review.

  • As someone who occasionally does keto, I'm very picky about the carbs I eat. I usually snack on protein heavy snacks and want a low calorie, healthy carb to make a filling snack. My go to was pretzels, but whole grain oats are much healthier for you than white flour pretzels. Simply salted has replaced them. But Zesty Ranch, Salted Caramel and White Cheddar pair well with plain Greek yogurt, too.

  • These are a great portable snack. I carry a couple of the snack size in my purse always. Yummy flavors and can be used on everything for some flavor and crunch. We recently returned from a trip to Spain and I shared some of these with people there. They loved em too. Oh yea, they arrived quickly upon ordering and great packaging too

  • Pop Oats is such an excellent product, and when you try it for the first time you'll wonder why something like this didn't exist sooner. Whole oats are popped and lightly seasoned for a crunchy snacking experience. They're not just innovative, but Pop Oats are also really tasty and healthy. They are low in fat and calories, and have both fiber and protein. The ingredient list is very clean with no additives or unnecessary junk, and the whole oats are high quality and non-GMO. It's perfect for guilt-free snacking! I love buying the variety pack of the large size pouches, as all the flavors are fantastic. Pro tip: try adding the savory flavors to your salad for an added crunch instead of croutons, and the sweet flavors to your morning yogurt for a hint of sweetness and crunch instead of granola.   • Crunchy. It is satisfying if I am in the mood for sweet, salty, or tangy - I choose my favorite in the moment (and keep all the flavors on hand). I sprinkle the Chili Lime, Zesty Ranch, or Simply Salted on any salad for a delightful crunch instead of "fatty" croutons. Salted Caramel on treats (yes to crunchy ice cream topper) but this one is best by itself, poured straight from the bag into my mouth. OK, yes Swell Salted Caramel is my favorite :)

  • I'm super excited to discover Pop Oats, they're an awesome and easy snack. They're really tasty, I love the zesty ranch and chili lime flavors. I don't worry about grabbing a handful like I do with junk food, but Pop Oats still perfectly satisfy my cravings for a quick snack

  • Pop Oats is a great snack. We really like how healthy it is. We prefer the variety pack, and our household favorites are the Simply Salted, Zesty Ranch, and the Caramel, but they all taste great. Shipping has always been so fast, which speaks to how much the company values their customers. We often eat them when we are watching a movie (replacing popcorn), or take them on trips as a healthy snack. We have shared some Pop Oats with friends, and universally everyone loves them – a testament to the quality and excellence of the product.   • Pop Oats is a delicious and healthy snack that checks all the right boxes. I usually do not like snacks that are flavored, but this variety of flavors is amazing. I especially like the simply salted that I use as a salad topper or in a parfait of Greek yogurt and fresh berries. But, the salted caramel tastes like a decadent dessert when I’m craving something sweet, which is also low in calories. Whenever I have ordered boxes, they are usually shipped that same day, which is great service. I will continue to order Pop Oats for my husband and I and also for the grandchildren when they visit.

  • I'm happy to find this healthy snack ... always need something healthy and on-the-go, without feeling guilty! My favorite out of the five choices is the Zesty Ranch ... it has the perfect amount of flavor and satisfaction ... and crunchiness! My second fave is the Wild White Cheddar and when I'm in the mood for sweet ... the Swell Salted Caramel is so yummy! I like the packaging too; it's an easy fit into my purse or backpack.

  • I love this product…it’s healthy (not processed, non-GMO), convenient (snack-sized pouch you can easily pour into your mouth without getting hands dirty) and best of all, tasty (5 delicious flavors, satisfying crunch)! Pop Oats are a versatile snack that fits into our family’s life in many ways: 1. My wife and I keep a few bags in our backpack/work bag. If we get hungry while driving between appointments or need to miss lunch, Pop Oats keeps us going without stopping. The Pop Oats don’t melt (granola bars), get crushed (potato chips) or require refrigeration (yogurt)…all while being satisfying and healthy. 2. We pack Pop Oats in our kids’ lunches (elementary school). They eat them at snack time or after school before extracurricular activities. Pop Oats are an effective substitute for the highly processed cookies/candy/gummies they would otherwise be eating…they still love those items, but probably eat 25-50% less of it. Over a span of years, that really adds up! Overall, this has been a great life-simplifying product for our family!

  • We have tried all the flavors and, while everyone has their favorite, they all all have that zesty crunch texture and hit the spot as a healthy snack! My wife and one kid love the Simply Salted and Wild White Cheddar. The other kid loves the Zesty Ranch, and I like the Chill-Out Chili Lime the most (it packs a pretty good punch of spicy flavor, enough for me to reach for my water bottle). The packs come in 2 sizes, one that is perfect for one serving and maybe a little bit of sharing, while the other larger size is better for sharing but not quite a family pack :-)

  • Delicious and healthy! I bought the variety pack and was not disappointed! These are a fantastic snack that satisfying a crunchy, salty craving...but without sacrificing healthy eating. The Zesty Ranch and Chili Lime are my favorite flavors and I immediately bought more once I tried them!! The Salted Caramel is a bit too sweet for me, but my mom loves them!
