I love the brands mission and most of their products have been great (I have used some of the manual bark collars as well as the electric dog fence and both product worked wonders and were excellent quality). Recently I purchased the NanoBark collar for my dog and sadly I have been less impressed with it. It is good quality and does not fall short of what I would expect from PetSafe products however the collar often fails to distinguish between my dogs bark and some other loud noises. However upon contacting customer service about the issue they were quick to send me a replacement and were wonderful to work with. Love the brand, recommend most of their products, just not the NanoBark collar.

The electric fence collars are great! We have a home base, radius fence, and we take it when we go traveling. Keep the base somewhere central to where the dogs will be whenever they're outside, and they figure out the boundary very quickly after a walk or two around it.
