I have been taking these two supplements since before I became pregnant, and I'm so glad I did. It ensured that I had all the necessary nutrients for my baby. Since I don't absorb folic acid well and I had low level of iron, these supplements were perfect for me. Though they are a bit pricey, they are definitely worth it. They occasionally have sales, so I take the opportunity to buy three at once. The quality is excellent, and they are highly absorbable. Unlike other pills, they provide all the essential nutrients needed during pregnancy.
