    I bought their party pack and have tried each flavor. They taste good. They're kind of like a jello consistency. Goes down easily. My favorite is probably the strawberry matcha. I have used it before runs and I do think it does give me a slight boost in energy. I haven't tried it for any really long runs yet, but will soon. Definitely better than some other gels out there.

    I wasn't previously a huge energy gel user because I didn't love the flavors available BUT Pao Labs has completely changed my mind! I love the Lychee Oolong flavor especially, and always carry one with me to the gym (or when I'm on a run - rare, but happens once in a while). The packaging is so much more delightful than other offerings too.

A textura é super agradável — macia, fácil de mastigar — e os sabores são realmente intensos e nostálgicos, lembrando aquelas guloseimas da infância, mas com um toque moderno e energético. O que mais me chamou atenção é que elas dão um boost de energia sem aquele efeito artificial ou agitado que muitos produtos energéticos causam. A sensação é mais de foco e disposição, perfeita para o meio da tarde ou antes de um treino. Também adorei a proposta da marca de celebrar comunidade, alegria e cultura através dos sabores. Dá pra sentir que há um cuidado em criar algo divertido e ao mesmo tempo funcional.     I've been running with Pao Labs this marathon training cycle and I LOVE the product! the flavors taste natural, the texture is like jelly candy, and most importantly - these gels don't give me stomach issues. I will be running the NYC marathon fueled with Pao!
