Honestly, the Pantene hairspray hold level 3, was a total disappointment for me. I felt like I completely wasted my money. It doesn’t hold at all,my hair starts falling flat within an hour. On humid days or if you sweat even a little, it makes your hair feel sticky, almost like someone poured syrup on it. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it; it’s just not effective and feels like money down the drain.
