Pansy cotton is grown in Texas in organic cotton fields free from conventional chemicals, pesticides and fertilizers. After being picked, it is ginned and packed into bales where it is certified organic by the Texas Department of Agriculture, which requires strict adherence to the same organic standards outlined by the USDA that all organic food grown in the US is required to meet. It is then trucked to North Carolina where it is cleaned, spun, then knit into our beautiful organic cotton fabrics.
