    The yogurt itself stated it is an Icelandic style skyr. It was creamier than Greek yogurt, not watery at all, and very satisfying. It has a luxurious, filling texture. The vanilla bean flavor lingers pleasantly in the aftertaste, and you can tell it’s made with simple but high-quality ingredients. The packaging is incredibly well thought out—when you peel off the outer layer, there are illustrations, company information, and fun little facts printed on the inside, which feels like a really nice touch.I’d definitely buy it again!

    This is a whole milk skyr style yogurt that has become the only yogurt I eat! I’ve tried all the flavors, but vanilla & meadow berry are by far my favorites. It has such a smooth, creamy, and thick texture. While it does have a very slight tang, it is very mild in comparison to a Greek yogurt. I love that it is organic, no artificial sweeteners, lower in sugar, and provides a good amount of protein per serving. Only downside for me is the use of thickeners (guar gum), as I’m reading more & more about how they impact gut health negatively, but the pros outweigh this con for me.

    Skyr? I had to look it up. According to Google, it is an Icelandic cultured dairy product that while yogurt-like, is actually a fresh cheese. After my first bite, I didn't care what it was or what you wanted to call it because it was delicious! The Blueberry Lemon will have you wanting to buy more and try all of their other flavors.

    My favorite skyr yogurt, it’s gluten free, tastes amazing and it comes in several flavors. My personal favorite is the vanilla. I have it with chia seeds and berries or by itself! It is a great yogurt for having in the morning or a snack during the day and or instead of ice cream.
