(Dry + semi-sensitive skin that reacts to any change in weather) - I bought the Otelier skin balm full-size at the SF storefront after testing it out. For context, I've never used a face balm before— but bought it especially this season because my skin was so papery+dehydrated, nothing else was working. The balm is LOVELY. Creamy, and sinks into your skin. The smell, too, isn't too harsh and its well worth the price. Also bought a mini, so I keep it in my bag for emergencies.
