I wanted to try out this oil because I've been meaning to look for a better oil to use for cooking over the cheaper ones. This one I like because it's healthier, and I can't taste a difference when using this compared to other oils. I've used this for cooking in the pan, and it's worked well for that. I also like that this brand is a co-op, so I feel they're worth supporting. Obviously the downside to this is the price, but it's worth trying if you can get it on discount or are actively looking for a better oil to use.
