Need live customer support. Pray if you want your money back, but looks like great product. AI is not a way to run a good business even if socks are super.

The socks seemed great, but mine were too small. When I began exchange process I realized this company has no human customer support. NONE. I decided I wanted a refund, not interested in a company with no live customer support and it’s been a protracted nightmare of computer generated messages trying to get a refund. Thank goodness I know PayPal will eventually cover my  RICH $82.
