Buyer beware! The quality of Oliver Thomas has gone down and the customer service is awful! Try to have a conversation with them about it and they'll block you! Don't waste your money! I own four Oliver Thomas bags and the Maxed Out Crossbody that I bought in May had stitching coming out two weeks later. Company won't respond to emails or phone calls and has blocked me on socials. I've been polite and only seeking a conversation to discuss and they have behaved so poorly. Think twice before buying!
