After 2 months of use. Only adding filtered water, the bottle began growing black yeast on the glass and on the bottle cap. I reached out to the company and they said it not a bottle issues is the water. The claim that is hygenic and the for the cost of the bottle. I definitely don't think is worth it. I used a yeti bottle for years and never had an issue.
