This set is amazing. It is practical and very comfortable. The look is outstanding, and the material is of great quality. This set could be worn on many different occasions. The customer service is friendly, efficient and fast!

I had a mix up with an order and the customer support I received to resolve the issue was fantastic. I was a little impatient at first but they quickly helped with a resolution and they were understanding. This is a small company that cares about their customer and it shows. They made getting my exchange easy and painless. I will order again from this brand. The clothes are well made and comfy.

Horrible experience so far, "linen" pants are truly awful and cheap. They have a returns scam. I have run into this before and was concerned prior to ordering. Their website says 365 Easy returns however they send you emails trying to persuade you to exchange or take a gift cards. I ordered multiple items to try different sizes spent $250 and all pieces are awful. I cannot secure a return code. Please beware if the clothes do not fit you're stuck. I will be opening a dispute with my credit card company.

The set I ordered is fantastic and I am excited to wear it. Fabric is great, fit is great. Only took a star off because of shipping issues. But Bonnie from support more than made up for that and was very helpful!

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ I’ve had a great experience with OGL Move overall. Their customer service is excellent—responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring—and the quality of the clothing really stands out. Everything I’ve ordered is well made, comfortable, and very stylish. The only downside I’ve noticed is that sizing can be a bit inconsistent from one outfit to another, which makes ordering a little tricky. That said, the fit and quality once you find the right size are absolutely worth it. I’d definitely recommend them and will continue shopping with them.

OGL has some really good basics and capsule wardrobe pieces that I love. If you are a matching set kind of girl, you'll love this store! Some of my favorite pieces are the brami tops— they always have really cute styles and colors. They have a few different materials they use for tops like their Thermal Sensation, Cool Sensation, etc. to indicate which season they'd be good for and I really like that it gives me an idea of what the weight/thickness of the material might be. I am knocking a star off because I find myself confused by their sustainability claims. They use a lot of buzzwords around sustainability but the actions they're taking aren't very clear on their website. I also wish they used more size-inclusive models in their product photography. It's hard to picture how some of the garments would fit on me.

I received a scoop neck shirt and a 2 pc sweater. The shirt has a built in bra, the seater does not. I am 53 and have recently lost about 40 pounds. Needless to saw the girls need some extra support and the built in bra does not cut it. It is no problem to wear a bra underneath and still has a nice smooth look. I received a lot of compliments on the sweater too. Fabric is nice and seems like it will hold up to washing. I am happy especially for the price.

Yes, the return process is a bit odd but the customer service has been super solid (thank you, Bonnie!). I have a number of pieces that transition easily from day to evening, and make traveling with style a breeze. I want Brami everything!

I have bought multiple items from OGLMove before and haven't much issues with them (turtleneck sweaters, sweatshirt and sweatpant set, built-in bra tops, etc.) They have good basics and cute products, and I appreciate their customer service! Bonnie has been helpful and kind in the past. Love Bonnie! I am giving 4 out of 5 stars since I haven't loved all the products I've gotten from them (because fit and fabric were not perfect), so it's not fair to give a perfect rating.

Do NOT buy from this company!! They have an antiquated 1980s return policy disguised as “sustainable”. It’s not. The pants I ordered looked nothing like the picture or how they were described. They were supposed to be sleek, work style pants but were more like fleece lined cheap you’d find at a Walmart. I didn’t even try them on and wanted to return them. My only option once I finally got a person on email was ‘we can offer a credit of a % of the price or exchange for something worth half the price”. Unacceptable and not in line with today’s business models. They are making money off unhappy companies while’s been scammed into buying poor quality clothing disguised as luxury. Will never use them again.

I placed an order on 12/4/2025 to date I have not received my order. I've contacted OGL via email and they tell me they shipped my order to uniuni, however uniuni tells me they don't have my order yet I have a uniuni tracking number. I've ordered from this company before with no issues and honestly I like their clothing. This recent experience will be my last as I will NEVER place another order with them again. My next step is filing a complaint with the BBB and FTC and my banking institution HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

I cannot comment on quality since I never got my order. I don’t know how they did it- but the tracking updates in my email ( that I did not delete) disappeared, along with the order number. I have sent emails asking for a reply and refund with no reply. Yet- they continue to send me emails asking me to rate the clothes???? Clothes I NEVER GOT.

False return information - they wheel and deal and DO NOT send you a return instructions. Clothes are okay, but sizing is inaccurate, fabrics are not great. My biggest complaint is their return "policy". I have now requested to return items from one shipment four times. Instead of sending me the shipping instructions they send offers for discounts, coupons, etc. I have had to state that I will report them to the Better Business Bureau for lack of transparency and poor business practices. DO NOT USE!! FYI, I am still waiting for a response with shipping info two weeks and 4 emails later to their "customer service".

OGL promotes a lot, but they don't take care of existing orders. I am leaving out the country and have been trying to get ahold of them to do a return. I should have looked at their return policy before ordering as I would have noticed they have no return functionality on their website. You have to email them...and that's where it all goes wrong. I have sent multiple emails and I've messaged them at their request on socials, but they do nothing to help. On messenger they just tell you to email them. Via email they have twice replied but only to ask what I want to return, not to give me instructions for a return nor do they read the emails to see what I've told them I want to return. This is such an ordeal that it feels to me that they are trying to make it very difficult to avoid returns. The items shipped out Hong Kong and took quite a while to come to me, and the info online says this brand is Chinese. I am hoping that if they ever do actually honor their return policy and give me instructions and a return authorization that they aren't going to make me pay to ship these clothes back to China. You do actually receive the clothes, but if there are any issues like sizing (my issue) then GOOD LUCK! You might just assume that all sales are final.

I had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service was top-notch, and the product exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.
