What is OceanBlue Omega?

OceanBlue Omega manufactures premium, high potency omega-3 supplements

In their own words

Our goal is to make Omega-3 nutrition a part of everyday life for people whose diets fall short of what their bodies need. In the United States, recent studies show that two out of three people do not get enough Omega-3s from their diets. A huge body of research supports the idea that consistent, daily Omega-3 nutrition supports cardiovascular health, brain function, mental health, mood, bones, and joints and correlates to improved longevity and quality of life. At OceanBlue, we are on a mission to help more people experience the many benefits of Omega-3s. With pure, potent blends and low prices, we’re getting Omega-3s into more wellness routines, so more people can experience the magic of feeling their best.

As a program of the World Sustainability Organization, Friend of the Sea is a leading certification standard for products and services that respect and protect the marine environment—the FOS certification awards sustainable practices in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Fishmeal, and Omega 3 Fish Oil. Friend of the Sea also promotes pilot projects related to sustainable practices and industry-related innovations. OceanBlue is FOS Certified. OceanBlue recently had an opportunity to support the SeaShare initiative by donating a quantity of Omega-3 supplements to their effort. SeaShare assists food banks by helping to meet the growing demand for protein, especially seafood. In this case, they were happy to receive the donation of fish oil supplements. According to SeaShare.org, “When it comes to nutrition, seafood packs a punch but is a rare commodity in food banks. SeaShare is the only nonprofit dedicated to filling this essential need.”
