Nuovo Pasta reviews and discussion

I found this brand in the specialty refrigerated section of my grocery store, and I was excited to try it as a "fresh" pasta that was labeled as gluten free. I made a pistachio pesto with guanciale and this gnocchi was a great pasta to use it with it. The cook time was only one minute, and it was very fluffy. The flavor and texture were great, and I appreciated that there wasn't an alkaline or "sour" taste to it like I've experienced with other premade gnocchi brands. I was disappointed to see that the pasta is made in a facility that processes wheat and other allergens. I think the labeling should be more clear in case someone has celiac disease or a severe allergy, so that's the only reason I would reduce the rating to one less circle.
