I grew up in Singapore, where we are obsessed with good food and incredible flavors. The tiny island is a melting pot of Asian cultures, full of food markets and hawkers in small stalls offering the signature dishes they’ve perfected over decades. Inspired by the amazing dishes of my youth, I founded nona lim so you can experience my personal take on these favorite dishes in the comfort of your home.

Nona Lim noodles are really delicious. I've tried the pad thai kit, the pad see ew noodles and the pad thai noodles alone (without the kit). They were all tasty, good texture, with simple ingredients. The cooking instructions are basic and easy to understand. They make a quick meal with some veggies, protein, and sauce. I've also frozen the noodles and they tasted equally as good after defrosting / cooking as they did fresh. Additionally, their customer service was helpful and friendly.
