I take the High Absorption Magnesium Citrate Gummies Nobi Nutrition makes. I don't love that they have so much added sugar, but they do taste great and they are great quality. I like the high dose of magnesium in the gummy. Compared to other magnesium gummies and supplements these are the highest I have found.
