Founded in 2021 by brothers Thom and Charlie, New Theory are all about smashing down the walls of wine and making low-intervention wine more accessible. Their South African wines are vegan-friendly, sustainably farmed, and refreshingly unpretentious, built for both sticky dance floors and candle-lit dinner tables.
