I've tried two flavors of this plant-based cheese, and it's pretty good. It melts super easily, but it does have sort of a weird, stickier texture than real cheese does. It doesn't bother me personally, but I know some people could find it undesirable. Both flavors tasted similar in my opinion, but I preferred the mozzarella more. The cheddar one didn't have a real "cheddar" taste to me.
