My friend introduced me to their 5 in 1 Probiotics, which are available on their website as well as Amazon and probably elsewhere. This is a 30 strain 100 billion cfus probiotic with green tea extract, apple cider vinegar, pre biotic fiber and some helpful vitamins. It works quite well for my husband and I in our mid 50s. No nasty ingredients in it either!!!
