    I have recently purchased Natural Vitality Calm Sleep Magnesium Supplement with Melatonin, L-Theanine, and Gaba in mixed berry drink mix flavor. I find the taste fine but it hasn't affected my sleep very much.

    Natural Vitality magnesium is truly something I can’t live without. Yes, it helps with digestion, but it also makes a noticeable difference in my sleep. You do have to mix it with hot water, which feels like a small ritual at this point. The Raspberry Lemon flavor is my go-to.

    Natural Vitality make some great supplements. I’m currently taking the Calm Gummies made with magnesium. They’re vegan and gluten free and the magnesium supports calmness and a better sleep. They’re delicious and come in a variety of flavors and strength. They work great too!
