Native earns praise for clean ingredients, standout scents (Coconut & Vanilla, Cucumber & Mint, Lilac & White Tea, Citrus & Herbal Musk) and comfortable, non-irritating wear for many, but reviews say performance is inconsistent: the deodorant often fades by midday, struggles in heat/workouts, can leave white residue or shirt stains, and some experience rashes or gritty texture. Reviews of body wash and hair care skew positive for gentle lather and pleasant aromas, though a few find body wash drying and shampoos underwhelming. Overall, Native is a good natural option if you don’t sweat heavily and will reapply; heavy sweaters may need stronger protection.

I've loved this!! It can apply a bit thick, but feel like it's the only one to work.

I love the packaging and fragrances of the deodorant, but the sensitive deodorant is just not cutting it. I’m one stinky girl, and after a couple months of use it started giving me rashes and stopped working. Wanted to love, but just couldn’t keep using.
I’ve tried so many different brands of aluminum free deodorant and as someone who sweats a lot (like A LOT) I was really hoping all of the good reviews I saw would mean this would work for me. Unfortunately I had a bad reaction to both the regular and sensitive deodorants. They smell amazing so I was really hoping they’d be my new favourites but it just didn’t work with how sensitive my skin is
I used the Native shampoo and the shampoo cleanse my hair very nicely!
I recently tried Native natural deodorant, hoping for a chemical-free and gentle option. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction. The scent was pleasant, but the formula irritated my skin, causing redness and itching. I appreciate their commitment to using natural ingredients, but it's essential to test patch before regular use. Disappointed with my experience, but it may work better for others with less sensitive skin. This was even more disappointing as this happened 2 years into me using the deodorant and they confirmed some ingredients had changed in the Sensitive formula and hadn’t let me know. Customer service was extremely helpful with refunding my large restock order though.
really like their deodorant and body wash
I've gotta give it to Native deodorant—they know how to keep me feeling fresh! Their Coconut & Vanilla and Eucalyptus & Mint scents have won me over with their natural fragrance and long-lasting protection. The Coconut & Vanilla is my go-to for everyday use. It smells amazing and gives me that tropical vibe throughout the day. The Eucalyptus & Mint, on the other hand, provides a refreshing and invigorating scent that's perfect for workouts or hot summer days. What sets Native apart is their commitment to using natural ingredients. No harmful chemicals or aluminum here. It's gentle on my skin, and I appreciate that it's cruelty-free and vegan. The only reason I'm not giving it a full five stars is that it doesn't hold up as well during intense physical activities or long, sweaty days. While it keeps me odor-free most of the time, it could use a bit more staying power in those situations.

These smell decently well and they actually work. You do need to reapply about mid-day if you are of the extra"funk"tacular variety!
This did not work for me. When I was trying out natural deodorants, Native was the first brand that came to mind. It darkened my pits and it stung. I couldn’t withstand using it for an extended time. It was disheartening, I almost gave up the natural deodorant switch.
I've tried Native shampoo, conditioner, and body-wash, and I love them all! The packaging is super cute and the products smell very good.
I have used Native brand of deodorant, shampoo and conditioner. Highly recommend all of them. They use simple ingredients and are committed to be clean.
I like Native’s mission and brand, but sometimes the deodorant just does not work as well as I need it too.

Their Coconut Vanilla Deodorant smells AMAZING. I've tried a couple other scents but that is my favorite by far. When I sweat it smells like caramel and coconut. Yes, you will still sweat with this deodorant, unless you are also using an anti-perspirant. Native Deodorant is not antiperspirant, so don't expect it to reduce sweating. I strongly dislike the smell of other deodorants, like Secret or Degree, but Native Deodorant smells great.
I tried their deodorant and it didn’t really work for me. I later realized that, when switching to natural deodorant, it’s important to “detox” your pits first. So maybe if I had done that, it would have worked better.
I really want to move away from aluminum based deodorant, but this is not the brand that works for me unfortunately. Great scents but they just don't last enough for even a 70 degree day.
Love that it’s natural but don’t feel it works well for me .
LOVE LOVE LOVE this brand so much!!! The biggest plus is that it's all-natural so you aren't using harsh chemicals on your skin. All their products smell amazing. I've had compliments that I smell really good when wearing this deodorant.
This review is for their deodorant. It’s natural and a good option for those looking for aluminum free natural deodorants but if you’re a profuse sweater, this won’t work for you.
I've try quite a few of the natural deo brand and can say that Native is solidly decent. I enjoy their scents, not overwhelming and over all pleasant and my skin had no adverse reactions to the ingredients. I will say that longevity it's a strong suit. I found that by the end of the day I was starting to smell, even on day I wasn't very active. If you don't mind an occasional re-apply throughout the day and you're looking for an affordable natural deo, Native is a good option.
Native was the first natural deodorant I tried out consistently, and for a while, it worked. I played around with scents as our bodies work better with certain smells. The scents always worked for a couple of months but they always stopped working eventually. As much as I like to try out new things I found it a bit annoying having to keep trying to figure out what would work for me next. Native is great but there are better alternatives now.
