Absolutely unacceptable. I paid extra for DHL Express (3–4 days) and waited over a month. Instead of my order, I received a notice to pay €30 in customs fees — nearly 70% of the order value — because the item was shipped from the UK, which was never disclosed anywhere. Hidden shipping origin, surprise fees, and massive delays. This is misleading and unprofessional. Avoid unless you like paying twice and waiting forever.

I ordered a ring that was listed as in stock on their website. A month after placing the order, I contacted them to ask about the status of my package. Instead of a proper answer, I received an official message saying that my order had been canceled at my request. I never asked for that. They get 5 stars for avoiding responsibility, but only 1 star for service. Completely unreliable – I do not recommend this site to anyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered a few pieces before Christmas. They assured me that the pieces had been shipped and were on their way, then unexpectedly the order was cancelled after waiting over a month… Not sure what’s going on behind the scenes but it sure isn’t professional, The glitzy social media page is just a cover up!! And they deleted my comments too rather than reaching out to help. Terrible customer service… I highly recommend finding a different company that does the same thing.
