I'm almost done with my first meditation journal and I can’t wait to order another one. This journal has been incredibly helpful in keeping me grounded. When I read through its pages, I gain a new perspective on even my toughest days, seeing them as opportunities for resilience and self-love. especially love the loving-kindness meditation

The journal is really amazing. The quality is very high and it’s feel really nice to touch it. It’s very well structured and make it very easy just to take the journal and start a guided meditation. I especially liked the meditation messages and tips. I love the journal and it was very helpful to build my daily meditation routine.
