I got a rug for my bedroom and love it (gets a lot of compliments as well) thinking about getting another for the living room.

AVOID! Placed an order on May 27th, it is now July 7th - 6 weeks have passed and still no sign of our $1300 rug!! The website quotes 2-3 days shipping from Brooklyn, this is clearly not the case and these rugs are being made elsewhere (if it even is being made and we aren't being mugged off). Mush have emailed back and forth with us being very unreassuring, unreasonable and refusing to refund us for a product we have not received.
