We want to radically change the fashion industry by producing jeans in the most sustainable, circular way, without losing a timeless sense of style. MUD Jeans is the world’s first circular denim brand. We take back our old jeans and make new jeans out of them. We use two main materials: recycled & organic cotton. In the making of our jeans, we focus on sustainability and ethical production. By using recycled and cotton and innovative production methods a pair of MUD Jeans uses 93% less water than an industry standard jeans that consumes 7.000 litres of water. Jeans are one of the most popular but also most polluting fashion items. By taking responsibility for our waste and maintaining a short, sustainable & ethical supply chain, we show that things can be done differently. In addition to being carbon neutral, we have partnered up with Justdiggit to regenerate one tree for every jeans returned to us for recycling.
