MOLTO started with a ritual: a chocolate chip cookie, warmed for a few seconds, ice cream on top, shared most evenings between two best friends and flatmates of eight years. When we finally read the label on the ones we were buying, refined sugar, palm oil, emulsifiers, we decided to build the version that should have always existed. MOLTO is a whole foods dessert brand making genuinely indulgent treats from real, recognisable ingredients only, no refined sugar, no seed oils, no gums, no modified starches, no generic flavoring, proving that indulgence and honest ingredients were never actually a trade-off. No wellness sermon, no functional branding, just indulgence and real foods.
