1. Love Mila and everything she stands for. Definitely give her and the brand a follow on social media because the resources they share are amazing. 2. I've been taking this blend since before she packaged (she shared the recipe free!!!) and it's been life changing. I've swapped over to the pre-packaged formula bc it's 10x easier to drink everyday, just one scoop 2x a day. The taste is great but the benefits it's brought to my life are even better. While PCOS will always be something I have to manage, with Milamend, a lot of my symptoms are gone or much more mild. Highly recommend giving it a try!!!
