Well I have to say........I'm 63 and very active and sometimes I get a bit sore or tired from biking kayaking working out in the yard lifting heavy things you know.........since I've started CELLF things have changed a bit and I've only been taking it now for 6 days. Things seem to come easier like all of my activities are more fun now because of the way my body and mind feel. Waking up in the morning is perfect.......I'm a early riser any way but it seems as though I've been up for an hr or so when it's only been like 15min :), very alert I must say AND I look forward to the days a head because the way it's working now I'm sure it will get better how could it not........... I love it. Sooo people you can't win it if you ain't in it, so treat yourself to something good for the body and soul. And the taste....people say things about it. Let me tell you I taste the clove in it and the texture is just like peanut butter. When useing it take a knife and slide it along the packet  so you don't miss any product kinda like tooth paste that way you get all of it. Ok for now I'll keep you ALL posted in another wk or so. So, it tastes awful but you can feel a difference the first day. I mix mine with a bunch of different things to mask the taste. Your body will not like it the first couple days. But it gets used to it. You won’t feel more energy or anything but you’ll definitely feel much more calm focus. I noticed that if I’m tired, it will clear my head a bit. I usually have extreme amounts of stress in my life, but it’s been helping a bit. It’s not placebo effect either. I’ll keep using it for 90 days then stop and see if it makes a big difference. I like the ingredients though 

It’s a little expensive and not much of a price break for 3months.  Also no option to purchase for 6 months.  Offer more of a break for long term users to help with your customer acquisition costs.  

Cellf takes 30 days to kick in but I can tell a difference since taking it.  My mind is clear and my recovery is better.  I feel better and it is easy to take. 

Find a way to lower cost per serving. Maybe consider a bulk container (squeeze bottle). 

I took the 30 day quantity to test it out and see if there were any noticeable effects. While I do recall having a vague sense of more energy and not easily becoming groggy. In hindsight this could have been a placebo, or perhaps a result of me not testing it past 30 days, and also being in my late 20s, not having too many cells in need of regeneration or whatever. However, as I sit and write this review, I did wake up feeling a slight bit of brain fog and grogginess that I do recall was less present or noticeable that a few weeks ago before I finished the last of the product. 

As far as flavor - it reminds me of a spiced apple or almond butter hybrid. It’s definitely an unusual or rarely tasted flavor, I’m guessing from one of the oils that are in the ingredients. It’s not nasty, but I do have a reputation of a rather iron stomach and tolerance for funky flavors. If you think of it as a complementary spread for toast, bagel or a tastier cracker/ cookie that should help if the flavor bothers you. I also tried it in oatmeal and that helped disguise the flavor much more so. The packets make it convenient to bring with you to add to your meal at work or a cafe pastry or things on the go. 

It’s worth noting that I gave my mom )late 60s) a couple packets and she said she felt a wave of some more mental clarity almost within minutes or hours. 

I’d say if your young and feeling burnt out, give it a try, or consider as a gift to an older relative or loved one who might appreciate trying something new as a pick me up or mood booster.
