I picked up the chocolate flavour and strawberry flavour at my local Urban Outfitters. So far i have only tried the chocolate and its pretty delicious. I especially like the little crunchy bits. This is totally about convience because they are rather expensive. I thought these would be handy to keep in my gym bag when i don't have time to make a protein smoothie.

I ordered the 24 tester pack and got to try all of their available flavors. My favorite is Strawberry and Matcha, and I liked chocolate the least. It's alright, but I've definitely had better tasting chocolate protein shakes in a packet. Compared to other brands I've tried, this brand's crunchy bits inside the shake can be a little too hard for my preference. I also think that the Strawberry flavor having dried strawberry bits is texturally a disappointment because it gets soggy faster than the other crunchy bits in the shake. Otherwise I love protein shakes in a pack, it's super convenient. I love to take it on the go, on flights, or as my first meal for breakfast when I'm in a crunch.

I rarely ever leave reviews, but I just had to say something about this brand. I’ve always struggled to find a protein product I actually enjoy, the only one I could stick with is Core Power shakes. But honestly, after drinking the same thing every single day, it started to get a little old. I was super skeptical trying Miils when I picked up at Pop Up Grocer, but... It tastes so yummy and doesn’t have that bitter protein aftertaste most products do (even though they claim they don't). Miils has become my new go-to, and I’m super excited to see what other flavors they come out with because I love it that much!!!

So easy to drink and tastes amazing with crunchy bits! Perfect for a light breakfast at work (definitely need these in the office!)
