So bad I received a pink bag that smelled strongly of marijuana and had visible signs of use, such as scratches on the hardware and different color seams from the webpage. I received really poor customer service; the individual who responded to me was a total despot and quite vague about when I would be receiving a brand-new bag. After a long wait (2 MONTHS), they finally gave me the same filthy, worn bag with the incorrect name put on the post card. I purchase items from designers, and these folks have no humility. It would not be surprising if they misled about the state of the leather given how easily soiled and damaged the low quality leather is. Very disheartening.
