I subscribed to the fruit box large and its 147$ and they give you maybe 50$ worth of fruit. Yes it's got some unique and different ones but it's not really worth it. Most stores specifically me (wegmans) sells most of the fruit they sell larger in size and cheaper. They send spoiled fruit or brused. They send extra of the worst fruit so reduce the sending quantity of better fruits. For the price they should be sending you at least different fruits each time and not repeats in each box. I would suggest looking around unique stores near you before resort to ordering from them. It's meh. Their website is also biased and doesn't have a single low review and only put their fan reviews on. 

Placed an order. They contacted me saying they do not ship to PO boxes. I kept explaining to them I don't have any other address to give. They kept insisting to give them another address besides my PO BOX. No matter how many times I emailed them, they could not get it through their heads that I don't have another address.  So I asked for a refund. They would not give me a refund. I ended up having to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Very rude, very unprofessional, very non-caring, very low comprehension people at this so-called business.

Horrible customer service - ignorance abounds.  Why would they tell you to call in on a certain day to check inventories and then have a voicemail that says they only correspond via email.  I think its because they would get too many calls blasting them for being disorganized and sloppy. Our first ridiculously expensive order arrived mushy, borderline overripe.  I told my wife give them a second chance.  Well we tried but they can’t give us a straight answer about anything.  Shop elsewhere unless you enjoy being terribly frustrated after paying a small fortune for something that is not worth it. The chances of success with this company are extremely low, chances of failure extremely high. 

Horrible customer service. I ordered a small box of soursop. It’s really hard to get soursop in NY and the fruit came out very moldy and bad. I asked for a refund or store credit or for them to simply send me a new batch. They did not once care to get back to me. I have ordered for them several times and there’s been several times where one of the fruits from the batch was bad. This is the first time I’m asking for a refund and they won’t give it to me and gave me a bs excuse. Don’t order from here! Not worth it!!!

Absolute horrible experience. I was so excited about our order, but the fruit we received is inedible. Customer service was fast to respond, but now the replacement order we are getting is less than what I paid. I ordered a large box and they only offered to ship a small box. Refunds aren't offered so I highly don't recommend using this company. I spent $200+ on this order and it was an absolute waste of money and time. Do not use this company!!! 

My daughter sent me a box of fruit for my birthday. It was supposed to arrive on my birthday but instead arrived one week late.  The fruit was not in good shape when it arrived. The box contained a grapefruit that was dry, a banana that was horribly bruised and apple that was pink inside ( so that was kind of fun), as well as other more exotic fruits.  The fruits do not come labeled so one needs to go online to identify them and to learn how to ripen them.  This is very cumbersome and could be a much more pleasant experience if the fruits were labeled in some way.   Three of the other fruits were old and dried up.  All in all this was an awful experience.  The company will not refund any money and instead offers to send a smaller box of fruit...DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.  They clearly do not care about their product or their customers.

Make processing times clear upfront. 
Provide variety guides when ordering variety boxes. The product is at a luxury price point, so the experience should be more luxe. 

I am obsessed with tropical fruits! I want to try them all! Miami fruit makes these dreams come true, but for a luxury price. 
They do offer promos which are good to take advantage of. Their shipping can be unpredictable. I’ve shipped fruit arrives fast and in great condition, however the processing times are unclear and can take longer than expected.  

Love it, love it, love it. It's so hard for me to find high quality tropical fruit in California, and most of the stuff I find in local grocery stores are just bad quality. But alas, Miami Fruit provides treasure chests for the hopeless and forlorn tropical fruit lover (that's me). 

The small variety box is $97, but every single piece of fruit was great quality. Although I griped at the price at the beginning, it was all worth it by the time I had feasted. Keep an eye out for their promos! They have worthwhile sales and even free supplemental boxes sometimes.

This is a weird but such a fun company! I bought a small variety box after coming across their incredible Instagram content (I seriously recommend following their IG... it makes me SO happy). The box was filled with fun little fruits I had never even heard of (caviar lime was a favorite!!). This is a really great and different gift.

Evidently Miami Fruit read this review. And after 3 years they have decided to refund my money. 
Yes, I was wrong, I did order bananas (how can you expect me to remember this after 3 years and no copy of the original order?) I had called them scammers in my email. So the person replying wrote, “how can you call us scammers if we are returning your money?”  

Well…..you had my money for 3 years and I do remember sending an email to inquire on the order and got no response, that’s why. So after telling me that they couldn’t refund my money, they did offer to send it thru PayPal. I got it 2 days ago.  I wonder how many others have experienced this?

ORIGINAL COMPLAINT 
I would give it a zero if I could.  I ordered a box of fruit THREE YEARS AGO and still have not received anything.  I paid $137.  I forgot about it until a few days ago when they sent me an email to say they were shipping the fruit.  I had ordered apples, they indicated they were sending bananas.
I have emailed back and forth and still no resolution.  They have stopped replying.  I think they thought I was going to be a repeat customer?  why else email me after 3 years.  

I see others giving it glowing reviews.  wonder if those are really verified customers?
others have complained about rotten fruit.  So buyer beware.
