Mezcla earns strong reviews as a tasty, plant-based snack bar with a crisp, puffed “grown-up Rice Krispy” texture and creative, globally inspired flavors like Matcha Vanilla, Blueberry Maple, and Spiced Hot Chocolate, but opinions split on pistachio and overall flavor intensity. Reviews praise clean ingredients and an airy, non-chalky bite, while noting relatively low protein and fiber, occasional high sweetness, and dark chocolate overpowering subtler notes—useful if you want flavor-forward light protein rather than a dense meal replacement.
