I discover this brand on early October, quickly fall in loves with it. My first purchase spent 1000 on the 14k heart shape necklace to my wife. Not too long after bought couple of silver rings to me. November 12 is my wife birthday, so I decide to buy the diamond ring with 14k gold to her online, and they offer engrave service, so I went ahead to spent 2600 online on Oct 31 so that I can get it before the date, I finally receive the ring after on the 10th. 10 days after I notice by email that the company offer 20% off on Black Friday sale, I instantly bought one Silver ring and Bangel to my sister for her Dec Birthday......as a long-term customer I think it is fair that the company can offer me the price matching within 30 days......worst scenario I can refund and repurchase the ring so that I can have the benefit. I went to the Yorkdale location and find out that I can't do that only because I have engraved the ring, once engrave the ring can't be exchange or refund, and there is no note or reminder to mention to me during my purchase online, they should mention everything is final sale once it is engraved....and the store manager say only way I can do that is to email the head office to find the fairness on my case. I send number of emails in the past 2 days, first person who return my email said to me that he will look into it, second email comes back with a different person told me there is nothing she can do on my case.... . Mejuri will lost me as their customer for sure with this poor customer services, I will never buy again from them.

I directed my husband to Mejuri for gift ideas a couple of years back and have been delighted with every choice. Their designs are elegant and dainty but can be layered to create more of a statement. My favorite pieces are the croissant dome hoops and the satellite necklace.

I purchased a vermeil necklace from here. It was fully oxidized within a couple of months and I was not able to clean it no matter what I did. They refunded me, which was great, but it was just an overall huge disappointment.

Over the last 4 years I have bought multiple pieces from Mejuri, which includes rings and earrings. The pieces are always of high quality and do not tarnish easily - Mejuri has become synonymous with a dependable jewelry brand (although pricing could be more transparent with the inclusion of weight of gold on products).

I bought a simple silver ring for my niece. The packaging was nice. The ring itself is beautiful in its simplicity. It even came with a little polishing cloth. Affordable.

I bought 2 of their diamond huggies to make a pair and love them! I love how they offer jewelry at an affordable price and LOVE their styles and jewelry designs!

They have really cute designs at good price points, however their quality isn't great.

Great jewelry at an amazing price. I have 2 rings and 2 earrings and they haven’t tarnished even when accidentally wearing them in the pool and shower. The styles are minimalistic, yet I always get complements whenever I wear my Mejuri jewelry (which is everyday). You can’t go wrong with this brand, especially because they’re always offering discount codes.

I was gifted a ring a few months back and I ADORE it. I use it almost everyday and I have been impressed with the durability of the jewelry. I was worried that I would lose diamonds if I used my ring regularly. I have yet to experience that problem (knock on wood).

I am a huge Mejuri fan. I multiple pieces of jewelry from Mejuri and they've all held up really well. I leave my earrings and necklaces in all the time and wear them in the shower, at the gym, swimming, etc. and they still look great. I love their timeless, chic designs that Mejuri offers.

Received a necklace as a gift and it replaced my tried and true Tiffany & Co necklace I had been wearing for years! It holds up with wear, and I love the quality and look. Will definitely be purchasing from the brand again. I missed the delivery the first time that required a signature and the package was sent back to the company. When I reached out, the customer service was so accommodating and resent the package and ensured that I would receive it the second time around!

As far as affordable and high-quality jewelry goes, Mejuri is my go-to. They've lasted through many years and still look amazing.
