MeatCrafters salamis, cured meats and sausages are made for charcuterie lovers everywhere. We use high quality meats, many locally sourced and produced in small batches. We use the freshest spices, herbs, and seasonal blends designed to bring out unique and complex, yet subtle flavors.

MeatCrafters, is a licensed USDA business. Our quality starts with using the best and most sustainable raised meat. We are proud that MeatCrafters’ Protein Suppliers adhere to strict animal welfare policies and practices. Our Duroc pork supplier, Vande Rose Farms, has passed a third-party audit conducted by Silliker Labs that certified they passed Silliker’s GMP and Animal Welfare standards. Wayne Farms chicken is GAP rated, as are all the facilities they use up and down the chain. Bell & Evans chicken has a robust animal welfare program and Thomas Foods, where we source our lamb, is certified for animal welfare by the Australian DAWR. Creekstone Farms, where we source all our beef, is certified humane. Finally, Hudson Valley Foie Gras- from whom we source our duck, indicates on their website https://www.hudsonvalleyfoiegras.com/ that the animal welfare practices they follow are top notch, and they describe their practices in detail in a video on their website.
