  • While I love my pets dearly, I don’t love how unaesthetic most cat furniture is. These cat trees are definitely an investment, but I think the price is fair given the quality, design, and construction. I did have an issue with one piece that made one of the baskets tilt, but customer service was quick to respond and sent me a replacement right away. I was also looking for something less toxic than traditional furniture, and when I reached out to the company, they sent me a full PDF report showing their materials had been tested. That level of transparency really gave me peace of mind.

  • Mau toes the line between functionality and beauty. The cat trees of old are no more - we don't need to settle for those cardboard monstrosities! As with all cat items, it took my cat a while to start using the tree (tip - try placing in different parts of your house), but now she spends all day perched up there. Other cat trees we've tried in the past slide on the ground and break down over time, but that hasn't happened with my Mau tree. It's super easy to wash the basket liners, and they make seasonal accessories to dress up the tree. Mau trees are also more sustainable than the cheap cardboard ones, making it an easy choice for me.
