My new favorite matcha is the Marukyu Koyamaen Aoarashi, the quality of the tea is unreal. I make matcha lattes with this and the flavor is great and it gives me a steady boost of energy. I picked up 2 tins in my visit to Kyoto, Japan for a great price.
my favorite one is the unkaku, the flavor is so creamy and umami at the same time. it's also very well priced if you can get it!
