I'm a big fan of salts, and I picked this one up from a grocery store in Hawaii. It's become one of my favorite smoked salts, and the flavor is so unique. I used it to rub on a pot roast before browning it, and the aroma was absolutely drool-worthy. I can't wait to go back to Hawaii to stock up and try even more flavors!
