I think the first time I tried these I was at the Ballard Farmer’s market in Seattle. They have been a staple in my house since. The Costco near my house carries them. I put them on pizza, sandwiches, salads, noodles, and anything else pickled slightly spicy peppers would be great on. The oil is good too. I sometimes use it for a dressing on a taco salad. Mix it with lime juice and it’s delicious and takes a minute to make.
