I’m SO thankful for Malezia. If you deal with fungal acne, their skincare is a game changer. I’ve been using their Purified MCT Oil as my first step of double cleansing for years now, and I’ve repurchased 8+ times now. It’s so difficult finding fungal acne safe skincare, but Malezia has done the years of research to provide high quality, effective products.
Where to start with the glory that is this skincare brand. First, you need to know that Malezia makes products that suit all kinds of skin, but they are best known for making skincare that is fungal acne safe. If you know about FA or have experienced bouts of it yourself, you know how overwhelming and defeating it can feel to find products that won't cause flare ups. Malezia is great because it not only avoids flareups, it actually HELPS the skin overcome the underlying issues associated with FA. On top of all of this, Malezia cares about the planet. They take sustainability very seriously and package all of their products in aluminum tubes and bottles. Finally, as if they couldn't get any better, they offer a rewards program just for using their products -- use 5 products (and recycle them properly) and they'll send you a free product of your choice! It's rare to find a brand with so much integrity and efficacy. I'm a diehard stan for Malezia. ITEMS I LIKE BEST FROM MALEZIA (and use daily): 1. Purified MCT oil -- This is a solid oil-based makeup / SPF remover. I have acne-prone skin and have not broken out once from this product. 2. HA cleanser -- Makes my skin feel clean without it being stripped of natural oils. Great to use on it's own and always as a follow-up to the MCT oil. 3. BHA / PHA solution -- Great exfoliant that, when used properly, leaves skin feeling soft and clear. 4. Acne treatment gel -- This replaced the tret/spiro cream from Apostrophe I was using (it was making my FA worse!) and it's worked wonders. Only downside to using this (or any Benzoyl Peroxide product) is the bleaching effect it can have on fabrics if not careful. It bleaches wet/damp fabric surfaces, so just something to be mindful of!
